SHIPPING POLICY (Hung Tran Fine Arts)

Processing time
Most orders are printed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time begins after your order is placed.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (unless otherwise noted). Rates and delivery options vary by destination and product type.

Delivery time
Delivery time is separate from processing time. Once your order ships, delivery speed depends on the carrier and your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is in transit.

Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the shipment notification.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Shipping days
Carriers typically do not pick up or deliver on weekends and holidays (varies by carrier/location).

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the damage
• photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Lost / missing packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check around your delivery area and contact the carrier first. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us and we’ll help you troubleshoot next steps.

International orders (if applicable)
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
